But what happens in our brain when we meditate:

1. Meditation prevents your brain from aging rapidly, scientists have argued that those who meditate have a less old brain, brain tomography studies show that those who meditate have more gray matter, therefore younger brains. 🌱👧

2. If we meditate on the episodes of permanent self-criticism that decrease happiness, they are increasingly distant and sporadic because the person who has this habit manages to be more sure of himself and therefore happier. ✨🌟

3. If you manage to have a habit as wonderful as meditation, you will avoid the use of anxiolytics and antidepressants and therefore will not present their adverse effects. 🌻

4. If you maintain a stimulus of peace, harmony and relaxation through meditation, areas of the brain such as the hippocampus could over time increase its thickness, which would improve the capacity of learning and memory in your brain. ⚡🌼

5. With meditation, the area that anatomically occupies a brain structure called the amygdala is reduced, in charge of generating in our brain the feeling of fear, anxiety and stress, therefore if you meditate you will be more relaxed, happy and cheerful, thus controlling the aging process cerebral. ☘️🌿
