Creative visualization is the technique that uses your own imagination to create what you want in your life. Imagination is the ability to create a mental idea or image. We use our imagination to create a clear image of something we want to manifest. 🌟


Process of a creative visualization:

❤️Create a clear picture or idea. You must think about it in the present, as if what you want to exist already exists. Imagine yourself in that situation as you wish and include as much detail as you can.
✨ Focus on it often. Give it positive energy. As you focus on your goal, think about it in a positive and encouraging way. Make yourself resounding positive affirmations: that it exists, that I have already achieved it or that I am going to achieve it. Visualize yourself at the moment of receiving or achieving it. 🧠☀️
